Shipping Policy

🚫 Please note: We are unable to ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses or PO Boxes. A physical street address is required for delivery.

Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Delivery times vary by location but typically take 3–7 business days within the U.S.

International Shipping
Currently, we do not ship internationally. If applicable: Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs or import taxes.

Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain international destinations.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at bliss@cozimara.com so we can assist with a replacement or refund.

Return Policy

Remember, we offer a 30-day return policy, giving you ample time from the date of receipt to initiate a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. These are standard requirements that we adhere to strictly to ensure a fair return process for all our customers.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and if it's confirmed, we'll arrange for a replacement or a refund.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch with us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards due to the nature of these items. We hope you understand this policy.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

Rest assured, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
